ISSA IPTV is a software product for Android TV / Google TV designed for convenient viewing of IPTV sources, media catalogs, radio and open streams, provided that the user has a legal right to use the relevant source.
ISSA IPTV provides the user with a technical ability to play IPTV streams, M3U/M3U8 playlists, individual channels added by the user, radio and open TV sources, and supported provider sources.
The app itself is not a TV company, broadcaster, online cinema, copyright holder, rebroadcaster or provider of closed audiovisual content.
The user must use the app only for lawful purposes and only for sources, streams, lists, channels, films, programs, radio stations and other materials for which the user has a legal basis.
The user is prohibited from using the app for:
The “My IPTV” section allows the user to add an M3U/M3U8 playlist or an individual stream. The user is solely responsible for the correctness, legality and permitted use of such links.
Adding a link to the app does not mean that ISSA IPTV has verified, approved, licensed or guaranteed the legality of that source.
The app may display open radio and TV sources found in public catalogs or public sources where such streams are declared open, public or freely available.
ISSA IPTV does not claim ownership of this content and does not guarantee permanent availability, quality, regional accessibility or legal status of each stream. A rights holder or authorized representative may contact support to review and remove a source from the catalog.
If the user connects an IPTV provider, billing system, M3U, XMLTV, Xtream-like source or another external service, the user is responsible for having a contract, subscription, permission or other legal basis to view that content.
ISSA IPTV does not sell or grant rights to TV channels, films, series, TV archives, radio content or other third-party rights holder materials.
ISSA IPTV provides the software tool “as is” and is not responsible for user actions related to adding, using, viewing, distributing or otherwise applying third-party streams, links, playlists or materials.
The user understands and accepts that selecting a source, checking the legality of its use and complying with the law is the user’s responsibility.
ISSA IPTV does not guarantee continuous operation of external sources because they are outside the developer’s control.
Payment, activation or renewal of access relates to the use of the ISSA IPTV software product and is not payment for TV channels, films, series, radio content or other materials belonging to third-party rights holders.
If you are a rights holder, broadcaster or authorized representative and believe that an open source should be removed from the ISSA IPTV catalog, send a request to support and specify:
